1. Quote-Only Phase Notice
During the current saved-quote phase, no monetary payments or billing details are collected. Saved quotes carry zero financial obligation and automatically expire after 24 hours.
2. Future Fulfillment & Refill Rules
For approved products, refill policies and delivery windows are defined per provider service mapping by administrators prior to public quote availability. Unfulfilled orders will be eligible for full refund or service refill according to the active snapshot policy.
